Some of you have been asking how I store and organize the models you see on the videos. With this video there are some hints which I think can be useful even if nothing new or extraordinary. You can see a few types of cabinets:
1- Bought at stores but with extra shelves (you just need some 15 cm between them for your hand to reach the end of it).
2- Kitchen/living room/balcony furniture turned into cabinets with glass/acrylic doors.
3- Drawers in upward position also with extra shelves and glass/acrylic covered.
I avoid as much as possible to have models inside drawers I can´t see. Also all cabinets are piled up on top of each other as a space saving measure.
I still think you are completely bonkers… š¤£. But I’d love to know what is in the big Atlantic box.
ReplyDeleteCompletely agree! The big Atlantic box has a Greek galley. I have another one already built but yet to be painted. I just love Atlantic and I buy them all the time when I find them. Once in a tobacco shop I found forgotten in the attic some 70 boxes of them and at 1 euro each it was a true bargain.

ReplyDeleteI too confess I have a soft spot for Atlantic.....despite the often "odd" positions of the figures. There's something about the box artwork (even if the contents differ wildly!)

Neil, this hobby and this basement forces the husband to stay home. What can a woman want more? Atlantic remembers me my childhood and I get all that I can find. Its just nostalgic.
